Should the publication or product you've selected not be up to the standard you had expected, either due to mishandling in shipping or because the content is not as you had expected, please contact us; we will do everything to rectify the situation, either by replacement or refund*.

Please take care when placing an order that you select the correct Postage & Packing band; selecting an incorrect band could result in your purchase being delayed or even cancelled*.

* We regret that orders that are cancelled or refunded will not include the p& p charges.
